A Tale of Two T-Shirts
A Tale of Two T-Shirts: Which Item Won.
Selling War between 2 Comparable Items. Which won:
Item 1: Eddie Bauer Short Sleeve Graphic T-Shirt
This is a
standard Eddie Bauer short sleeve graphic electric blue t-shirt with an orange
colorful vintage style graphic slogan, Adventures Away, making it great for
vacation. The t-shirt is in good condition and has retained its shape. No
pilling. No stains. Women’s size small. Eddie Bauer is a quality outdoorsy brand
though not a hip one. The t-shirt probably originally retailed for around $35 -
$40.
Item 2: Diesel Black Short Sleeve V-Neck T-Shirt
This t-shirt is
also in good condition, also women’s size small, a Diesel brand, black, short
sleeve v-neck t-shirt with a sort of industrial age graphic. The graphic isn’t very
fashion. It’s reminiscent of a historical museum t-shirt. Note that both t-shirts
integrated the brand name subtly on the graphic, no big logos here. Diesel is a
pricey I think originally euro brand well known in the United States for its
edgy leisure wear and good quality jeans. Euro Pricey. The t-shirt probably
retailed for around $60.00. There’s a prominent Diesel label on the back of the
shirt.
Which sold best and first?
The Diesel Black Short Sleeve V-Neck T-Shirt. Diesel is a status brand; $60.00 is a lot for a t-shirt. The Eddie Bauer short sleeve has an outdated, narrow cut whereas boxier, roomier, oversize t-shirts are favored now. This round, Diesel won.#t-shirts
