Easy Vegan Queso


2 cups Violife 100% Vegan Mexican Style Shreds

½ of a can of Organic Coconut Milk

½ of a cup of finely chopped onion or green onion

1 or 2 Dorot garlic cubes (1 cube is the equivalent of one clove of garlic.)

Cholula Hot Sauce

In a sauce pan on low to medium heat, combine the Mexican style shreds, coconut milk and chopped onion. Add the garlic cubes and stir in. Meld the ingredients together on low to medium heat for about 15 minutes. When the ingredients are melded, remove from heat. Adding hot sauce is optional.

Serve with your favorite chips such as Hippeas Chickpea Tortilla Chips.
