As any cook would know, one of the few absolutes of what you need are sharp knives.

I don’t have knife sharpener or a wet stone due to limited counter space.

For those of you who are local, there used to be Battaglia’s, a home décor store where you could also get your knives sharpened. After Battaglia’s closed, you were left with bringing your knives to NYC on the PATH train or getting to a farmer’s market in Jersey City at select times only. Now that Hoboken Lock & Supply Co. has stepped up with its knife sharpening services, slicing and dicing has never been easier.

They can also help you when you get….locked out!  Of your apartment. Which happens. Sometimes. To the best of us.
