The Hunger, A Memoir of an Accidental Chef – John Delucie

Added to the collection of chef bios and chef auto bios.

I had no idea who this NYC-based chef was or his success with the tout le monde celeb resto, The Waverly Inn, around 2007.  A late-in-life chef and professional journeyman, he participates in some comic and not-so-comic loser behavior.  Deeply appreciated the taste of back home, classic, retro Long Island and his love for the summer produce there. The non-linear structure keeps bringing us back to The Waverly Inn, his place.
