Found these limited buy, seasonal poblanos at Trader Joe’s.

Cool summer produce isn’t limited to Farmer’s Markets. Shopping the summer overflow at regular, schmegular supermarkets is one of my favorite things. So are poblano and shishito peppers.

There are strengths and weaknesses to this book. It takes one to know one, but McCarthy comes across as a real navel gazer.
