Handy sauce directions with a Tomatillo Kit at the Farmer’s Market.

Dear Reader, I sheet panned them in place of boiling for a Roasted Tomatillo Salsa.

Added a little salt and garlic.  Remember to remove the tomatillo husks before roasting.
