Crispy Sheet Pan Broccoli with Parmesan🥦
Package of Broccoli Florettes
Shredded Parmesan
Trader Joe’s Italian Soffritto seasoning blend
Olive Oil
Microwave the broccoli florettes for about four and half minutes or boil until tender. Place them separated on a sheet pan covered with an oiled baking sheet or oiled tin foil. Flatten each of the florettes with a masher or kitchen item of your choice. Then, drag each of them in the oil to cover both sides of the florette.
Cover each of the florettes with the Soffritto seasoning blend or spices of your choice. Sprinkle shredded parmesan liberally on each.
Bake for about 40 minutes on 350 degrees but check after 30 minutes. The florettes should have the texture of crisps after they cool.
