If I ever thought there would be a day where I monitored my sleep with an AI driven titanium ring on my finger, well. But here we are. I chose the RingConn Gen 2 for its suspected sleep apnea monitoring function. This ring trends toward older people, it seems to me. Importantly, if you are buying a Smart Ring, there is no subscription service with the RingConn Gen 2. The ring for the Hollywood set, the aptly named Oura Ring, comes with a monthly subscription fee which isn’t part of my budget. Though, I would advise that if you are looking for more socialization with people, opt for the Hollywood favorite Oura Ring, because friends are creating health circles, sharing information, for real.
