Over 3 Month Review of the RingConn Gen 2

Not an endorsement.  If I ever thought there would be a day where I monitored my sleep with an AI driven titanium ring on my finger, well.   But here we are. I chose the RingConn Gen 2 for its suspected sleep apnea monitoring function. This ring trends toward older people, it seems to me.   Importantly, if you are buying a Smart Ring, there is no subscription service with the RingConn Gen 2. The ring for the Hollywood set, the aptly named Oura Ring, comes with a monthly subscription fee which isn’t part of my budget. Though, I would advise that if you are looking for more socialization with people, opt for the Hollywood favorite Oura Ring, because friends are creating health circles, sharing information, for real.   Could be a tool to meet and bond with people depending on your goals and social set.
