Who knew that water bottles would become the fashion accessory of 2024? Infused water has whatever’s leftover in the house, this week, it’s parsley, lemon and cucumber. My faves:   This Hydrapeak from TJ Maxx gets me through the day. I don’t monitor how much water I drink, otherwise, I would have one of the water bottles with measurements, which I think are great.  The 16-ounce Nalgene travels with me. It’s a solid 16 ounce but is light enough to carry.   #howdoyouhydrate  

makes a quick salad dressing with a tablespoon or two Satay, grapeseed oil and a little Apple Cider Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar. More than enough left over to save for Satay. #satay
