🌎 Day Smoothie: Vanilla Pineapple Cucumber

1 Cocojune Vanilla Chamomile Yogurt (what’s on sale) 1 Cup or more Fresh Pineapple 2 Cups of Chopped Cucumbers (two small cucumbers) 1 Cup or more Leafy Greens Honey to taste Splash of Vanilla Sprinkle of Spicy Pink Salt with Crushed Red Chili Pepper Sprinkle of Turmeric Splash of Coconut Cream Half a cup of Oatmeal Collagen Powder Blend with coconut water or water and ice. A successful balance soothing and spicy.  Don’t skip the cucumber.

This Week’s Smoothie 04/14/2026: Banana Banana Cacao

1 cup Oikos Pro Banana 20g Protein Yogurt (what’s on sale) 1 Banana Cacao Powder Ginger Powder 1 Squeeze of Meyer Lemon I added 2 small pieces of fresh pineapple because they were around. Splash of Coconut Creamer 2 Cups Leafy Greens like spinach or spinach combo Blend with Water or Coconut Water and Ice.   It can’t hide the “natural flavoring” synthetic taste of the banana yogurt but other than that it was good. Get all-natural banana yogurt next time. I was experimenting with Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Dreams smoothie with Soom Foods Chocolate Sesame Tahini Spread and strawberries but got the ratios all wrong and lost the Microsoft Word file besides. Farmer’s Market fruit and vegetable smoothies, planned, respectively, once the market opens in June.   Smooth.

This Week’s Smoothie – Pineapple Vanilla Greens, 04-05-2026

It’s pineapple season for Passover and Easter. It’s asparagus season too.  1 Skyr Icelandic Provisions Low Fat Vanilla (what’s on sale) 15g Protein cup, 2 cups around fresh, in season, or frozen pineapple, ginger powder, collagen powder, half a cup oatmeal, 2 cups around greens, splash of vanilla, splash of coconut creamer, a drop of maple syrup or honey, a sprinkle of Pink Salt with Crushed Red Chili Pepper Seasoning. Blend with water or coconut water and ice or low fat or plant-based milk.
