1 Cocojune Vanilla Chamomile Yogurt (what’s on sale)
1 Cup or more
Fresh Pineapple
2 Cups of
Chopped Cucumbers (two small cucumbers)
1 Cup or more
Leafy Greens
Honey to taste
Splash of
Vanilla
Sprinkle of Spicy
Pink Salt with Crushed Red Chili Pepper
Sprinkle of
Turmeric
Splash of
Coconut Cream
Half a cup of
Oatmeal
Collagen Powder
Blend with
coconut water or water and ice.
A successful
balance soothing and spicy. Don’t skip
the cucumber.
