Berry Jam and Banana Smoothie 🍓
Celebrate June’s full strawberry moon.
The sweet jam is balanced with healthy ingredients. Vegan or no.
1 cup of
Cocojune yogurt or Greek Yogurt
Bonne Maman
Four Fruit Preserves or generic equivalent, 1 or 2 tablespoons
2 Cups of Fresh
Strawberries or 2 Cups of Fresh Raspberries or mixed
1 Banana
Coconut water
to blend
Organic Coconut
Beverage to blend
Splash of
vanilla
Ice
Dash of salt
Combine the
banana, fruit, other ingredients and blend with the Coconut Water, Coconut
Beverage and ice. Add just a dash of salt.
Add your own:
Oatmeal, Organic Unsweetened Flake Coconut, Powdered Collagen
