This Week’s Smoothie 3/22/2026

1 Chobani 20g Protein Low fat Greek Yogurt Cherry Berry cup, 1 banana, some leftover frozen berries, cacao powder, ginger powder, collagen powder, half a cup oatmeal, splash of vanilla, splash of coconut creamer, a drop of honey, a sprinkle of sea salt. Blend with coconut water and ice. Ginger powder = bridge ingredient. You could use a Cocojune yogurt if and when vegan.
