Summer Baby Stone Fruit Smoothie
Summer baby? Caused your mama trouble from the start? This is the elixir for all that. When the Northeast summer finally delivers local fruit, it’s your chance to make a smoothie that isn’t built from a store‑bought tropical mix. Use whatever stone fruit looks best at the market. Add greens if you want. And if you have leftover fruit, roast it with a pinch of salt — it becomes a perfect topper for yogurt, ice cream or oatmeal.
A dreamy blend to start planning on your Manic Monday for the weekend. Blender Note: The Vitamix VX1 Blender is an upgrade from a basic model — maybe on a Prime Day: https://amzn.to/3QTN0j6

Blend with coconut water or water and ice. Forget ancient traumas and enjoy with brunch.
Proper Stone Fruit Prep
Removing the stone is easy: slice around the pit, twist, and pop it out. Or keep it simple and chop. The chop method is quicker but you are losing product. Keep the peel on for fiber. The peach skins can be a little much.
