The Healthy Ranch Dressing Edit

Easy Vegan Ranch Dressing

This dressing stays light and creamy with silken tofu, or rich and classic with vegan mayo.

Ingredients

  • ½ package silken (soft) tofu or
  • 1 cup Chosen Foods Vegan Mayo
  • Splash of red wine vinegar
  • Splash of apple cider vinegar
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cube Dorot garlic or sprinkle garlic powder
  • Splash of Worcestershire sauce (choose one with clean ingredients)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If the dressing is too thick, add a splash of water until you reach a pourable consistency.
  4. Transfer to an empty jar and refrigerate
