Turned a tight space into a practical and aesthetically pleasing Coffee & Tea Corner. No room even for a tea drawer. Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie (Copycat Hailey Bieber/Erewhon‑Style)

I made the copycat Hailey Bieber Erewhon Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie — with a bumper crop of late‑summer strawberries — and it was actually pretty good. The innovation of the glaze is the hook that makes it popular at Erewhon in LA, where I’ll never visit unless they land in NYC. I skipped the full coconut‑cream cap on top and instead added a splash of coconut milk to the pour. (The rest of the coconut milk became ice cubes for future adventures.)
