😊Double Mango Smoothie

 Fresh Mango meets Dried Mango IRL during Mango season. 


½ package of Trader Joe’s Frozen Mango chunks or Organic Frozen Mango Chunks

Five pieces of Trader Joe’s Chile Spiced Dried Mango finely chopped plus pieces for garnish

2 cups low fat vanilla yogurt

1 Tablespoon Honey

Lemon juice from half of a Meyer Lemon

1 capful vanilla extract

1 Dorot Ginger Cube

¼ cup Trader Joe’s Old-Fashioned Organic Oats – optional, pictured separately  

Water

In a blender, combine frozen Mango Chunks and vanilla yogurt. Add the finely chopped dried mango to the blender with water to smooth together the ingredients. Add honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract and ginger cube to blend.

Optional:  add some oats to the mix. 

The little bits of dried fruit that remain in the mix can be strained.

Serve cold in glasses with Chile Spiced Dried Mango garnish.
