This Sanctuary Peasant Top Is A Keeper

 

I could sell this spotless white Sanctuary Peasant Top – but I’m keeping it. One of the tassels is missing which can be hidden when the blouse is tied.

During thrifting adventures, it’s not rare to see quality name brands.  It is rare to see quality name brands that are more sustainably conscious, such as this top from Sanctuary. Prana is one brand that I see. I’ll probably faint if I ever see Reformation.  

It’s surprising which clothing brands are more sustainable than others. I can think of one staid, old-fashioned brand of women’s clothing that really surprised me.

One reason I thrift is to look for tops to cook in, so if they get stained and wrecked, it’s not a problem. This top is definitely not one of them. This one is for going out in the summer, to meet friends, for arts events, and perhaps for summer concerts.

The following is a post about gray blending developed though ChatGPT. There’s a reason I used ChatGPT for this post. Aesthetically, getting older has been a challenge. Some people look great with gray hair.   I would have kept the gray but, being a brunette, it was a gray that drained my coloring. A dull, difficult-to-work-with, unruly gray.
